Overview
Context-switching is the silent tax on small-business owners. You think you worked an 11-hour day; you actually got 3 hours of deep work and 8 hours of pivoting. Schedule Saver reads your calendar and inbox, identifies the real blocks of focused time, and proposes a re-organized week — meetings batched, prep time protected, lunch where it should be.
How it works
- Connect Google Calendar + Gmail (read-only, one folder for inbox).
- Tell us your non-negotiables — when you start, when you stop, days off.
- Get a defragged week every Sunday night. Apply it directly or use it as a planning lens.
What's included
- Calendar + inbox analyzer
- Weekly defrag report (PDF + in-app view)
- "Hidden meetings" detector — calls scheduled in email that never made it to the calendar
- Focus block protector: blocks 2–3 deep-work windows per week and labels them
- Energy curve mode — schedules hard work for your peak hours (you tell us when those are)
- 30-day money-back guarantee
Who it's for
Owner-operators with 15+ meetings a week and a sense that the days don't add up. Especially: agency owners, fractional consultants, multi-hat founders.
Who it's not for
- People who want a coach to enforce the schedule. We give you the plan, you execute.
- People with no calendar discipline at all. Schedule Saver assumes you put things on a calendar — it can't fix what it can't see.
FAQ
Does it auto-move my meetings? No. It proposes; you decide. Auto-move is on the roadmap as opt-in only.
What if I work in 15-minute increments? It'll still help, but the focus-block feature shines if your work has at least some 60–90 minute chunks.
Will it see my email content? It looks at sender + subject + a snippet to find embedded meeting requests. It does not read full email bodies. Privacy notes on receipt page.
